Instructions:

DO NOT EXECUTE THE 700_DDI_CB FILE!

This will cause a lot of problems and be very difficult to fix. Just leave it alone.

Instead, run the ddisetup2009April file. After it's installed itself, run the Character_Builder_Update_Oct_2010 file. Make sure it goes to the same folder as the Builder install! It's in Program Files (x86) on 64 bit OSes. When it comes up, double check where it's putting itself. Once it's done, use the CBLoader (CBLoader is explained in the CBLoader file).
